Process customers’ orders.
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers.
Attend to customers’ queries and complaints.
Monitor and expedite delivery according to planned schedule.
Perform administration duties.
GCE "N" /"O" or "A" level.
Good PC skills especially in Microsoft application.
Possess customer service experiences.
Able to handle of order processing and fulfilment.
Meticulous, responsible and with pleasant personality .
Excellent communication, interpersonal skill and customer service oriented.
Good planning and organisation skills.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, able to multi-task.
Good team player and be able to work independently.
